Cereal Dispenser (Fully 3D Printed)

This tutorial will show you all the steps to make this fully 3D printed cereal dispenser. You just have to fill it with your favorite cereals, turn the knob and enjoy your meal.

The first step is to print all the parts with a 3d printer, I personally used a Prusa i3. You can download all the files here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1804279 . I printed all the parts in PLA with a layer hight of 0.3mm, 25% infill and I advice you to use support for the turbine.

Once all the parts are printed, enlarge the 2 holes of the body with a 5 mm drill bit. Then push the turbine inside, add the knob and the opposite piece in the axis of the turbine. Add a bit of glue if one of the piece move freely in the axis.

The bottle that I'm using is a 1.5L Coca Cola bottle. I advice you to use this bottle in particular because its shape follows the shape of the 3D printed part. Just cut the end of the bottle at 5cm from the cap.

To hold the Cereal Dispenser on the wall, screw the attache on the wall and push the body on it. I made it easily removable for cleaning.
