Cement Mixer Machine Tinkercad 3d Design
Hi
I am making cement concrete mixer machine in this tutorial to construct house or anything else using tinkercad 3d design software.
You don't need to design 3d parts, I already attached tinkercad file for you.
I completely used tinkercad for making 3d parts of this construction toy cement mixer.

Supplies
You need 3d printer and PLA Filament for making this concrete mixer machine.
By the way other things also need to make this.
## Materials ##
- 3d Printer
- PLA filament for 3d parts
- Computer for save .stl file in Sd card and export to 3d printer
- Bearings 608 2RS 4 nos ,
- Small bearings 685zz 2 nos , F624ZZ Flanged Ball Bearing-2pcs.
- Machine screw M4 20mm (1) , 40mm (1)
- Machine screw M3 30mm (6 nos.)
- DC Motor
- Adhesive tube
Create Chassis
First off all download below stl file and open in tinkercad to edit size or anything else you need. Then save stl file and export to cura and attache pendrive to your computer to send gcode file to your 3d printer.
After 3d print of part 1,2,3 and 4 start making cement mixer.
Stick both side support to main cement mixer chassis.This will look like picture 1.
Then take turning chassis and place 685zz bearing to its hole.Then take hexa machine screw M4 20mm and pass throughout the bearing.
After Passing screw through bearing, pass this screw through main chassis hole. Then take M4 size nut and fit clockwise.
Tire Fitting
After making body of cement mixer fit all four tires to this chassis.
For making cement mixer tires take 608 2RS bearing and pass M3 30mm hex screw.Do this for all tires.Then take Hex key and fitting all tires to chassis.
Rotary Mechanism of Cement Mixer
For making vertical rotation of concrete container we need to 3d print below stl files.
Take 685zz bearing and place to side support.Then take Middle container support and big pulley to pass M4 40mm machine screw throughout this.
Then take 3d printed gear and tight to this M4 screw.
Otherside of support fit clockwise M3 30mm screw to make rotary handle.
Place Concrete Container
3d print bottom and top container of cement mixer machine and place bearings to bottom container.
Then place this container to chassis and fit M3 30mm screw using Hex key.
Then place top container to bottom container and stick using instant adhesive glue.
DC Motor
Take one dc motor and fit pulley to it.
Then place this dc motor exactly below of the big pulley. Then pass one rubber band to big pulley and small pulley for transfer mechanical force to concrete container.

Working
Joint mini tractor to this cement mixer.
Pouring sand, cement and water to concrete container and give power to dc motor.cement container will rotate clockwise to make mixer. After mixing of concrete rotate concrete container vertically down using handle and rotate cement container anti clockwise to export of concrete.
