This is a great recipe to make with your children because it is so easy it is frightening. It can be cooked over a camp fire, home grill or in your oven.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough {Any Brand}

Mini Marshmallows*

Cast Iron Pan {Any Size You Like}**

Serving: 1-?

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time:10-18 Minutes {Depending on your pan size}

*Marshmallow Substitutes:

Any topping you like.

**Cast Iron Pans:

I have made this in a #3, #4 and #10 cast iron pan.

For the #3 & #4 cast iron pans I only used 1/4 of the tube of the cookie dough in each pan and for the # 10 I used the whole tube.

Do not spray the cast Iron pan with any non-stick spray, you want the cookie to brown and the non-stick prevents this from happening. It will come out without sticking. Trust me.

Place the cookie dough in the middle of your cast iron pan and evenly squish the dough into the pan and add any topping you like.

Place on your grill and cook for 10-15 minutes with the #3 & #4 pans and 13-18 minutes for the #10 pan. As soon as you smell the cookies it is finished.

You can eat it straight for the pan {Use a pot holder to hold} or use a small spatula and slowly work it around the edge working your way under the cookie towards the center.

Warning: Any food coming out of the fire or off the grill will be hot when you go to remove your food from the fire be sure to use something other than your bare hands to retrieve your meals like pot holders, a tea towel or tongs.
