Carver's Mallet
Make a carvers mallet from scrap around the workshop.
Wood
Cut wood stock for the handle and head of the mallet.
Glue
Glue all the pieces together.
Turn
Turn the piece on the lathe until it is the desired shape.
Trim
Trim the excess.
Sand
Finish sanding by hand.
Finish
Coat in finishing oil.
Carve
