First, you'll want to draw your design for the face on your paper with a sharpie. make sure your design is big or small enough to fit on the face of your pumpkin and has a cuttable design.

Cutting + Taping

Next, you'll want to cut out your design and tape it to your pumpkin. Make sure your pumpkin is flat on the table so when you tape, the design goes on straight. Then, trace the design onto your pumpkin with a dry erase marker onto your pumpkin.

Hollowing

Now, take your Bread knife and cut a big hole around the stem of the pumpkin, and pull off that piece so you can see the insides. For now, keep the top off of the pumpkin.

Cleaning

Now, take your pumpkin scoop and scoop out all of the guts and seeds from the inside of the pumpkin. You'll want to even take small layers off of the inside with your pumpkin scoop as well so it looks cleaner.

Carve!

Now, you're going to start carving! Take your Bread knife to cut out the eyes, the fruit knife for the nose. For the mouth and teeth, you're going to want to use a mix of all the knives. For the big gaps between the teeth, use your bread knife, and for the teeth the fruit knife. To clean up your carvings, shave the inside sides of the carvings with your box cutter so it is more hollow.
