Cartoon Person Painted

IMG-1456.jpg

Hello! What I have is a silly cartoon person with a marker, and few simple paints! I've made this because I know so many say, "I can't draw." But with simple lines, and an easy technique, I guarantee that it will a blast.

Supplies

  • Canvas
  • Sharpie
  • Acrylic Paints
  • Large to small brushes
  • Papertowel

Nose

First, draw the nose, do a simple curve and then curve it down, if you are lost direction, just look up at the following image.

Eyes/ears/Grin

Next, do the eyes. First you do 2 circles on top of the nose, but if you want it to look more cartoony, I would suggest doing what I did and making the second eye seem like it is behind the first one like in the image. Once you are done with this, draw pupils in the eyes. Then to the left draw the ear, is like a half a circle with a straight line in it.

And then below the nose do a smile and add a half a circle at the end of the smile.

The Neck

Below the grin, add a bump. Continue the bump by bringing the line down. Okay, now below and to the right of the ear, draw a straight line down.

The Hair

Finally the hair, above the ear do zig-zag lines and stop when you are above the second eye ball.

Shoulders

This one, is probably the easiest. Do a line that connects to the end of the your neck and draw a straight line diagonally, then do the same to the other part of your neck.

This part you can do on your own, or just copy what I have on mine! Have a good day!
