Carrot Pineapple Juice
This juice is both simple and refreshing. It's easy to make and can be made in any season with pantry staples.
Ingredients
ingredients:
2 peeled carrots
3 slices of canned pineapple
3/4 cups pineapple juice (works best if it's cold)
5-6 ice cubes, crushed
apple slice (for garnish)
utensils:
blender
strainer

Cutting Up the Food
Cut both the pineapple and carrots into smaller chunks so it's easier to blend.
Blender
Put the ice and half of the carrots in blender and process until lumps disappear. Add the rest of the carrots and pineapple. Once blended, add pineapple juice and process until smooth.
Straining the Juice
This step is optional, but i prefer it this way. The juice has a little bit of foamy pulp in it, which some people like, but i like it strained. Pour the juice over a strainer and wash out the thick pulp left in the strainer. Repeat this as many times as you like.
Final Touch
For a garnish, cut a thin slice of apple and slit it half way though. Slide it over the edge of the glass, and you're done! Enjoy!
