Carrot Crust Noodle Pizza
Carrot Crust Pizza. Yes you heard it right! I have kids at home and they love junk food.
So to look out for a better alternative I researched quite a bit abt different types of pizza bases.
I made a twist of my own and added topping which kids love.
So here is a fusion Pizza which is high in nutrition and a huge hit among all age groups.
The base of the Pizza is not as sweet as I thought it would be. The carrot crust was crisp and the noodle topping goes with it really well.

3 medium carrots
1 clove garlic
1 egg

Place the strained carrots into a bowl. Stir in garlic, and egg until well blended.
Bake
Place the mix onto the baking sheet. Spread them into an oval shape. Preheat the over to 180 degree for 5 minutes.
Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes till it turns golden brown.

Spread on the pizza sauce, sprinkled with the onion, and green pepper and prepared chicken noodles. Then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake Again
Now place the pizza back into the over to bake for another 5 minutes at 180 degree celcius.
Once the cheese has melted take it out of the oven.
