Carrot Cake :)
Step by Step instructions to make a carrot cake :)
Gather the Ingredients
2 Eggs
180g Sugar
220g Carrot
180g Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
130ml Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (this is only recommended, add as much as you want)
20g Raisins
20g Walnut
For Icing:
35g sugar
200g Cream cheese (this is only recommended, add as much as you want)
Measure the Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Cinnamon and Put Them Together in a Bowl
Crush the Walnuts
Cut the Carrots
Be sure to keep the carrot pieces small, or else you will be crunching on some carrot, which ruins the flavour.
Mix the Eggs, Sugar and Oil
Mix until the oil completely mixes in, until there is no layer of oil that you can see above the eggs and sugar.
Mix in the Carrots
Sift in the Flour and Other Powders From Step 1
Mix in the Walnuts and Raisins
Once Everything Is Mixed Together, Put It in a Container of Your Choice
Bake in Oven for 40 Minutes at 180 Degrees Celsius
Start Making the Cream Cheese Icing
It's best to melt the cream cheese by placing a bowl in a pot with boiling water and putting the cream cheese in the bowl
Mix in the sugar once the cream cheese is melted
