Carpe Diem Motivational Craft Sticks

A famous man once said, life is short so live your life to the fullest. - William Shakespeare.

These are simple motivational messages and to-dos to aid us in living our lives to the fullest. The idea is to grab a couple of sticks in the morning, every week or so, one motivational stick and one lifelong to do or goal. Then, when each one is accomplished they are coloured and displayed on a Carpe Diem picture board.

• Popsicle sticks
• Liquid ink sign pen
• Highlighter
• Foam board
• Glue
• Shot glass

Scour the internet for some quotes you felt to be motivating, especially a great quote to start the day with.

Write down your daily goals, bucket list items, and life dreams to the popsicle dream. No dream is too small or too big!

Store it in a nice shot glass or container. Pick one every week or so, and keep on making the most of your life!

Once you are done of the task or quote, highlight it with any coloured marker.

Cut a sheet of foam board the about 60x30cm or whichever size suits your style and needs.

Tape it to the wall and decorate it. I wrote a title -- Carpe Diem.

Glue the popsicle stick to the foam picture board with white craft glue. This glue sticks very well between the popsicle and paper layer of the foam board.

Decorate it as you wish to your own style. I like a minimalist approach.
