Blend the Marinade

To prepare the marinade, blend 1/2 cup of lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and 2 cloves of garlic.
Marinate and Refrigerate Marinated Meat

Pour the blended lemon mixture in a bag with the meat. Flip the bag once (while marinating) to ensure that all the meat gets the marinade flavor. Keep the marinated meat in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before you begin to cook it.
Oil Your Pan

Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil onto a pan. Let the oil heat up.
Cooking Meat

Place the marinated meat into the pan. Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of Lawry's seasoning salt onto the meat. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 30 minutes in medium heat.
Slice 3 Poblano Peppers

Remove the stem from each of the 3 Poblano peppers and thinly slice each one as seen in the pictures
Add the Poblano Peppers

After 30 minutes of cooking the meat, add the Poblano pepper slices to the meat.
Add Onion

Chop the onion into thin ring slices. After 15-20 minutes of placing the Poblano peppers in the meat, add the sliced onion and continue to cook until all the the meat is nearly dry.
Meat Is Ready!

You will know that the meat is ready when the onion is cooked and the meat is nearly dry. Let the meat cool off for 2-3 minutes, then get ready to serve.
