Hair Color
Neck
Collar
Final Textures
That should get you to something that looks like your victim but if it doesn't don't worry caricatures should boast a persons prominent features
P.S. Working on new instructable with better drawing, this one was made without a person in front of me so its not the best. Yours may turn out better.
