This is a largemouth bass being caught, this project was made out of cardboard. Please note *YOU NEED ACCESS TO A LASER PRINTER FOR THIS PROJECT*
Supplies
MATERIALS NEEDED ARE:
-paint and brushes
-cardboard
-laser printer
Digital Design

This is the first step to making your cardboard fish! First, find an outline of the fish you want (doesn't have to be a bass) Next put it in Adobe Illustrator (or your software) And expand the Image so you can edit it, next click silhouette and make it no fill, and change the outline for your laser printer cut size. After this make a line from the dorsal fin, copy and paste this to make an extra fin. This fin well go behind the fish to create a more three-dimensional look.
Laser Printing

After you have made your digital design, grab your cardboard and laser print your design and extra fin! After you have done this, glue the extra fin on the back of the fish a little farther up from the actual position to provide a more 3-dimensional look. You can use any type of glue but for the best hold, I recommend using hot glue ( Make sure it doesn't burn the cardboard).
Making the Hook

Our next step is making the hook, start off by finding a design of a hook you want to use on your browser. Now we do the same thing in Adobe Illustrator (or your software) as we did before. Expand the image, make it a silhouette, and change it to your outline size for your laser printer with no fill. After this is done all you have to do is laser print it!
Painting

You made it to your final step! In my opinion, the most fun part is PAINTING!!! This part is up to you to how you do it, use your imagination and paint it to your heart's desire! If you want a more realistic look I recommend searching up an image of your fish to get the colors right. Also, I recommend shading as it adds more detail. Thanks for reading/making my project! Hope you had a fun time!
