You can either use a box cutter or a laser cutter to cut a cardboard as shown in the picture.
Step 1: The first step is to cut the cardboard into 415 mm x 210 mm and place it on a flat surface.
Step 2: The second step is to trace the escalator design on the cardboard.
Step 3: Now, with the help of a compass, make some arcs on one side of the escalator design.
Step 4: Then, cut the traced design on the cardboard
Take a 14 Mm Cardboard Strip and Cover the Escalator in the Shown Manner.

- Remove the outer layer of a 14 mm cardboard strip.
- Then take a wooden stick and cut into small pieces.
- Put those wooden sticks in the cardboard holes. (make sure to leave one hole every four wooden sticks)
Carefully Insert the Cardboard Strip Into the Escalator Design From Before.

- Cut 3 circles of radius 35 mm and stick them together.
- Stick the wooden pieces on the circles.
- Create 4 similar gears.

- Stick the escalator handles to the model.
- Then add the circles inside the gear strip from earlier.
Make Some Cardboard Stairs, Fix Them in the Escalator, and Fix the Wooden Pieces at the Sides.
