Roasting Hazelnuts
fry the nuts in pan on low heat for 20 min.

after that slowly add a little bit of sugar and a little bit of water,mix constantly after 2 min. add some butter and mix again for 2 minutes.Remove the pan from the heat,put nuts in a bowl or in a plate and put them away for few minutes just to cool a little bit,
