Yes, you read that right. No, it is not a typo. There really are just three ingredients in these cookies! THREE! That’s it! When you are in a pinch, these are a great option that will impress your guests. They will likely never know the cookies are not completely homemade!

The Ingredients!

All you need to make these wonderful cookies are:

  • 1 package of Toll House Pecan Turtle Delight cookie dough
  • 1 bag of soft caramels (I used Kraft)
  • 12 pecan halves

How simple is that?!

The Directions!

The directions are equally as simple as the ingredients:

Preheat your own according to the directions on the back of the cookie dough package. Roll the pre-cut squares into a ball. Place a pecan on top of the ball of dough. Then, set a caramel on top of that and press it in the cookie dough ball just slightly. Bake for 13-14 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from the cookie sheet. Enjoy!

The Final Product!

Wow! Don't those look absolutely delicious? Once they bake, these cookies turn out to be the gooiest, tastiest, and most balanced cookies ever. I make these all the time and I am always asked for the recipe. People are shocked when I tell them it is only THREE ingredients!
