These are made in about 3 hours with the help of a bread machine. So yummy!

Take a batch of these to work and watch them disappear!

Ingredients

While the dough is rising, make the caramel:

In a mixing bowl combine the 1/2 & 1/2 with the brown sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir well until the sugar is dissolved.

Place caramel in greased baking pans.

Roll Out Bread Dough

Using a rolling pin, roll out dough onto a floured surface, to 1/4" thick. Spread butter or margarine and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle the pecans over the top.

Roll Up Dough

Roll up the dough and cut with dental floss. (Not mint flavored, I learned this the hard way...)

Working with a 12" piece of dental floss, slip it under the roll of dough about 1" from the end and wrap around the top, pulling tight.

This will cut a piece off the end. Continue until all the dough is cut.

Place rolls in a 9 x 13" baking pan or 2 smaller pans.

Allow the dough to rise for 45 minutes before baking.

Bake

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until done.

Remove from oven and invert onto a plate or tray. Allow to sit for 30 seconds and remove pan.

Enjoy!
