Caramel Cookies

Have you ever wanted to taste sweet chocolate and melty caramel at the same time? Well, now you can.

Get All of Your Ingredients

Ingredients include:

Quick-cooking oats - 2 cups

Bisquick - 2 cups

Walnuts (shelled and crushed & optional) - 1 cup

Brown Sugar - 1 1/2 cups

Caramel - 1 package (14 oz)

Butter - 1/2 - melted

Chocolate Morsels - 6 oz

Milk - 1/3 cup

Add Oats, Bisquick, Brown Sugar, in a Large Bowl

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Add oats, Bisquick, and Brown Sugar into a Large sized bowl

Mix these ingredients in the bowl until they are spread evenly.

Add Caramel and a Small Amount of Milk Into a Small Pot

Add one bag of caramel into a pot, with your milk. Set stove to low, let the mixture melt until smooth, remove from heat. (While simmering, stir).

Melt Butter and add to solids mixture (Bisquick, Oats, Brown Sugar). Once the mixture is crumbly, pour half of the new mixture into a 13x9x2 inch pan and spread evenly.

Cook half of mixture in an oven for approximately 10 Minutes (350 degrees), once you take it out, pour chocolate chips, caramel, pecans (Crushed & Optional) and layer the rest of the mixture on top of it.

Bake Until Golden Brown (15 - 20 Minutes). Loosen the Sides and Cut Into Squares. Enjoy!
