Car Phone Holder.
Upcycled car phone holder, made from old phone case and empty car air freshener.
Gathering Your Materials.
I've been wanting to make a phone holder for the car for a while now but didn't think I had anything laying around for the job until I sat waiting for wife and boy to return to the car and decided to fiddle about with the empty air freshener thats not been contributing to the lovely fresh smell of man foot and spilled milk.
Within moments my finger was trapped in it, but it did switch a light on in my head.
Hole Pokey Whittler.
Breaking the connecting parts of the air freshener down I disgarded the top (dark grey part) as this was surplus. I cut a hole in the old case large enough for the clip of the freshener to travel through.
Reconnecting the freshener together around the case gave a strong fit and the clip slides into the blower vents of the car.
