This a composting bin made out of truck tires and drainage tile. This is a quick and easy project, it only takes 1 hour or so.

Supplies

I used a saw, 3 tires, and a piece of drainage tile.

Cutting the Tires.

For the first part of this project, you are going to need to cut the side walls out of the all the tires except for one, this one tire will have one sidewall not cut. This sidewall that is left will be part of the floor.

Stacking the Tires

After all but one of the sidewalls are cut, stack the tires vertically with the uncut sidewall at the very bottom. Then set the rubber mat inside of the tires and it should cover the hole in the bottom of the stack of tires so that no compost can fall through.

Setting the Drainage Tile.

Finally when the tires are stacked out some composting supplies into the tires and clear out a spot in the center for the drainage tile. The drainage tile will be used for putting water, oxygen, and notrogen into the compost.

Finished Product.

When finished the final product should look a lot like the pictures given, just without as much compost inside.
Note: the tires will be very heavy with or without the sidewalls. Therefore dumping this will be difficult, but that's why the tires aren't bolted together. So the compost bin can be moved to be put wherever and when the compost is done it can be unstacked to move the compost wherever your garden is.
