Cantaloupian Jelly

If both cantaloupe and jelly are your favorites, then this instructable is for you.

Supplies

You would need:

  • a cantaloupe
  • Jelly powder
  • One cup of hot water
  • One cup of cold water
  • A bowl

Cut the Top

Using a knife, cut the top of the cantaloupe

Take the Seeds Out

Using a spoon, take the seeds out. We are not going to need them

Jelly

Pour the jelly powder and into a bowl.

Stir

Add the cup of hot water to the bowl, and stir it for two mins. Then add the cold water and stir for a bit.

Pouring the Jelly

Now, it's time to pour the jelly into the cantaloupe. I used a funnel to make it easier. Also, I placed the cantaloupe inside a container to make sure it doesn't move around.

Once the cantaloupe is almost full of jelly, it's time to put it in the fridge for 4 hours.

Cutting

After 4 hours, it's time to take the cantaloupe out and cut it into a number of chunks.

It's ready to be served. You can cut it even smaller if you want. Enjoy !!
