Eyeball Gummies Resin Coaster

This tutorial will show you how to make this resin candy coaster with eyeball gummies !

-Silicone coaster mold

-Trolli Glotzer Eyeball Gummies

-Clear epoxy resin

-Red sewing thread

-Red acrylic paint or fake blood.

-Hot glue gun (optional)

This epoxy resin comes in two parts.

First, you will need to mix the two parts according to the manufacturer instructions.

Make sure to follow the safety precautions and stir the resin until clear.

Set aside 1/4 of the resin in another plastic cup.

Pour the first layer of resin at the bottom of the silicone mold.

Mix a small amount of clear resin with a few drop of fake blood.

Pour the mixture on top of the first layer of resin.

Gently stir the resin around with a wooden stick. Create swirls and patterns with this red mixture.

Cut the red sewing thread and split it up into little pieces.

Put little bits of thread on the resin.

Swirl the little pieces around with a wooden stick, this will create a creepy blood vessel effect !

Using a sharp knife, cut the eyeball gummies in half.

Place the candy on the resin.

You can try to pop the tiny bubbles of resin with a toothpick.

Let the resin cure for at least two hours.

Fill the mold using a new batch of resin.

Leave your fresh resin to cure for at least 48 hours before using this spooky coaster !

Remove the coaster from the mold and you're done !
