Candy Corn Banner

Halloween is just around the corner, so I decided to make this easy DIY Candy Corn Banner for our annual family Halloween Party.
Materials

-Paper Plates
-Acrylic Paint (White, Yellow, and Orange)
-Paint Brush
-Tape
-Twine
*I got all of the materials at the Dollar Tree store or Walmart*
Step 1

I used one of the paper plates to place the paint and make it easier for me to start painting.
Step 2

I started by painting a circle at the center of the plate
Step 3

I then made a circle around the white circle using the yellow paint
Step 4

I painted the last circle with the orange paint
Step 5

I decided to paint the back of the plate as well because our party will be outside and if it's a bit windy, I don't want the back to be "exposed". This is an extra step that you can leave out if you want :)
Once it dried completely, I began to fold the plate. First I folded the plate in half, then half again, then once more.
Step 6

After unfolding the plate, I began to cut along the folds to cut the triangle candy corn shapes.
Step 7

I then began to tape the candy corn cutouts on to the twine. I decided to place 10 on each banner as equality spaced as I could.
THAT's It

I just had to hang it up once I finished to see how it will look on the actual day, I loved it!
