Candy Cane Double Chocolate Chip Cookies (YUMMY VEGAN)

These are the best double chocolate chip cookies I have ever had, and what's great is they are vegan friendly.
They're also the easiest cookie you could ever make. You literally throw everything into a bowl. Mix it up. Bake them and eat them.
Ingredients
1 1/3 cup of plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup of cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of caster sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
11/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of unsweetened dairy free milk (I like to use soya milk)
1/2 cup of dairy free chocolate chips
Directions
Sift all of the dry ingredients into a bowl. (It doesn't make that much difference if you can't be bothered to sift)
Pour in all of the wet ingredients.
Stir everything together.
Grab some of the cookie dough and roll it into a ball in your hand. Roughly 1.5" by 1.5".
Flatten it in your hand and place on a baking tray that has been lined with grease proof paper.
This makes about 10 decent sized cookies.
Cook at 200oc on the middle shelf of your oven for 12 minutes.
Often cookies and biscuits don't look cooked when you first take them out of the oven, but they continue to harden as they cooled, so don't let that fool you.
I made these christmassy by adding some broken up candy canes on them. You can skip that part if you wish, or decorate as you wish.
Enjoy!
