This was a recipe meant to emulate the culinary delight featured in China, IL: Canada Cakes. Unfortunately, as a pretty cool guy kindly pointed out to me, I goofed on one of the ingredients: I used cinnamon whiskey instead of Canadian whiskey. Don't let that discourage you, though! this is still a tasty little sumpin' that everyone ought to try!

Tips and Variations
You may be wondering why the 1/2 cup of water is necessary. I found that the recipe was way too sweet if left undiluted. Although 1/2 cup of water may sound like a lot, it really does not detract the power of the alcohol to any noticeable degree. Feel free to adjust this to your liking.
If you are not sure how to tell if your alcohol is chilled enough, touch the bowl. If the bowl is freezing cold then the alcohol will be too!
