Good day. I definitely did not take enough photos for this to be a step by step instruction.
Camper R6 began it life as the swapping of a Yamaha R6 for a camper trailer tent top. Thus the need to build a trailer for it to fit on let the fun begin.
Chassis is 75 by 50 by 3mm RHS side and front rails.
Inner frame 50 by 50 by 3mm RHS.
Draw bar is 100 b y 50 by 3mm RHS.
Axle is a 2000kg rated 10 inch electric brake on 9 leaf springs.
Wheels are from a Mitsubishi Triton.
Two steady legs at the rear.
Jockey wheel at the front.
3000kg weld on treg style hitch.
Floor, sides and guards are all 1.6mm flat plate.
90 Litter water tank.
Two Jerry can holders.
One 9kg gas cylinder holder.
Sink to cut up for tail gate kitchen.
This entire trailer is built around the dimensions of the tent; the body is fully welded with two access hatches in the front section of the box a lift up gas strut assisted top and a tail gate with a sink and small bench.
Still to finish, rail for motorcycle on A Frame and stone guard.

But for now it is summer and time to go camping
