Cake Box Lemon Cookies
HOW TO MAKE LEMON CAKE BOX COOKIES

This is a simple recipe for cake box cookies using lemon cake mix. One could use any flavor cake mix and add-ins such as chocolate chips for different cake box cookies.
Gather Ingredients and Materials Needed: •2 Eggs •½ Cup Oil •Lemon Cake Box Mix •Frosting If Preferred •Mixing Bowl •Large Spoon •Large Cookie Sheet •Non-stick Cooking Spray
Preheat Oven to 350°.
Crack Eggs Into Mixing Bowl.
Beat Eggs.
Pour in Oil.
Pour in Cake Box Mix.
Mix Ingredients Together Until Moistened.
Spray Large Cookie Sheet With Non-stick Cooking Spray.
Roll Dough Into Balls.
Place Rolled Dough Onto Cookie Sheet.
Bake Cookies for 10-12 Minutes.
Allow Cookies to Cool If Desire to Frost Them.
