Caja De Papel Para Regalo

Se acerca otra fecha del año que nos encanta muchísimo, ¿adivinan cuál es? Llega el momento de expresar y externar el aprecio y cariño que le tenemos a nuestros allegados. las calles se visten de rojo, se huele el chocolate en el aire, y se toman muchas, muchas fotos. Así como llega esta hermosa época, llegan los regalos. Queremos agradar a esa persona especial con un detalle memorable. En este post les traemos cómo hacer una caja de regalo en simples pasos y agregarle ese toque personal que es el que vale al final.

Another holiday that we really enjoy is approaching, are you getting close to which one is it? The time to express and show the love and caring that we have for our closed ones. The streets are dressing up in red, the air smells like chocolate and a lot of pictured are taken. And with the arriving of this holiday, presents also show up at our door. We want to please that special person with a memorable detail. In this post we bring you how to make a present box in simple steps and adding that personal touch that is the one that counts at the end of the day.

American Crafts Guillotina 3-en-1Pen-Pals StickersBakers Twine (o cualquier cinta)TijerasPegamento2 Hojas de Papel 12×12, una de color y una con patrones (o como gusten!)

We did the original tutorial in the CHA show, alongside Jennie Garcia and we loved it! The materials you’ll need are pretty simple:

American Crafts Guillotine 3-in-1Pen-Pals Stickers Bakers Twine (or any kind of ribbons or cord) Scissors Glue 2 12×12 Paper Sheets, one in plain color and another one with patterns (or whichever way you like)

Tomamos la hoja de color liso y cortamos un rectángulo de 5.5″x6.5″ pulgadas. Luego, con la cuchilla de hacer dobleces marcamos a una pulgada del borde de cada lado del papel. Con una tijera, cortamos en extremos opuestos a una pulgada del borde, con una pulgada de profundidad. Doblamos hacia adentro.

Doblamos también la solapa que acabamos de crear, le aplicamos pegamento y la pegamos dentro de la caja. Repetimos para los cuatro lados.

Take the plain colored paper and cut a 5.5” x 6.5” rectangle. Next, with the folding bade, mark an inch of the border on each side of the paper. With a scissor, cut the opposing ends an inch away from the border, with an inch of depth.

Fold it towards the inside. Fold the flap that you just created, apply glue and glue it to the inside of the box. Repeat on all four sides.

Con una tijera, cortamos en extremos opuestos a una pulgada del borde, con una pulgada de profundidad. Doblamos hacia adentro.

Doblamos también la solapa que acabamos de crear, le aplicamos pegamento y la pegamos dentro de la caja. Repetimos para los cuatro lados.

With a scissor, cut the opposing ends an inch away from the border, with an inch of depth. Fold it towards the inside.

Fold the flap that you just created, apply glue and glue it to the inside of the box. Repeat on all four sides.

Tomamos la hoja con patrones y cortamos un rectángulo de 4.5″x 10″ pulgadas.

Con la cuchilla de dobleces hacemos marcas en el siguiente orden y con el siguiente espaciado a lo largo de la parte más ancha:

• 1 pulgada, a 3.5″pulgadas, a una pulgada, a 3.5″ pulgadas y finalmente a una pulgada del borde para crear un especie de caja con dos caras que se sobreponen.

Doblamos en los dobleces hacia adentro (que por fuera se vea el patrón del papel) y pegamos las dos caras que se sobreponen con pegamento.

Debemos tener algo así:

Take the patterns sheet and cut a 4.5” x 10” rectangle.
With the folding blade mark the following lines and spaces along the widest part:

• 1 inch, next at 3.5” inches, next at 1 inch, next at 3.5” inches and finally at 1 inch from the border to create a kind of box with two overlapping faces.

Fold the markings towards the inside (letting the pattern show on the outside) and glue the two overlapping faces.You should have something like this.

Luego, simplemente decoramos con los stickers y el twine.

Es perfecto para joyas, fotos, cartas, chocolates… y lo mejor de todo es que es un detalle muy personal ya que es hecho a mano! Pueden variar las proporciones y crear cajas de todos los tamaños.
