Cactus and Blue Baby Tiger

This is a one of a kind for a friend.  I did not write down the instructions, but it is for a silly cactus and a blue baby tiger. 

The silly cactus is based on a drawing and the tiger is my own interpretation.  Details on the tiger are made of blue felt that was glued on.
