Cabbage Chicken Roll

Are you tired of eating fried or baked appetizers? Why not try something different? Let's have a look at steamed cabbage chicken roll. The goodness of taste in a healthier method.

Supplies

1) Cabbage
2) Minced Chicken
3) Chopped garlic
4) Chopped chilies
5) Spices ( ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, salt )

Boil Cabbage

Wash the vegetable properly. Take a bowl of water and boil, submerge the cabbage entirely. Turn off the stove when the leaves of cabbage to are seen to be separated, about 10 minutes. Peel the entire leaf and keep aside to dry.

Minced Chicken Stuffing

Take minced chicken in a bowl. Add finely chopped garlic and chilies to it. Then add spices in proportion:
2 spoon ginger garlic paste
1 spoon red chili powder
1 spoon coriander power
1/2 spoon asafoetida
1 spoon salt
Mix well and the stuffing is ready.

Wrap

Take a small amount of stuffing and place in the lower part of the cabbage leaf. Wrap the leaf from bottom to top, tuck the sides inside. Place the roll in a container.

Steam

Place the container with the cabbage chicken rolls in a rice cooker or gas cooker and steam it for 20 minutes. Voila, rolls are ready to be served hot!
