First of all we would let it be know that project was made by:

It has been of common acordance to be published by Oriol in the name of the team. Without further ado, let's begin.

If you are reading this, it's supose that you will want to build wour own Covid Device. Either that or you want to know precisely how it is made and have access to the files, measures and calculations. In official site you can find all the information you may need.

Therefore, here you will see a summary and collection of the essential steps, to make easy your construction.

Before, you start to seeing this project, we have to ask ourselves, what is Covid Device and its purpose?

Its purpose is to make saffer the establishments with these pandemic times. Our device will be prepared to take control the temperature, to dispense he hydroalcoholic gel by hand and advice if someone is entering with a temperature highter than allowed.

We need to choose our project from the options that the University faculty gave us, we need to choose about:

Covid device.

Power Glove.

Eye-sphere.

Sun-tracking.

Rubik-s cube.

Finally we decide covid device because we thought this device will be improve in the society and can be a useful machine. The objectives of the team are a system capable of detecting an optimum control of temperature, implement an automatic hydro-alcholic gel, achieve a device for all the publics, develop a system that shows the capacity of the establishment, if someone enter the aplication increase the num of people there are inside the site when the people take the hydro-alcoholic gel and the aplication decrease when someone pass next to the sensor incorporate in the machine and finally if someone is trying to enter when the capacity of the establishment or the control of temperature is higher than allowed we set up a security system alarm.

For add we build an humidifier to make humidity all the establishment, to prevnd the infection of the Covid-19. The humidity makes the place more safe.

To make easier the production of the project we make a Grantt Diagram with all the tasks that we have to do in this period of time.

All the materials that we can buy are here, but at all the steps you can search some specific parts that we need a 3D printer to make easier the creation. To make this we have used the 3D printer of the University but we recommend an other types of 3D printer, like a simple 3D printer the parts are not complex.

START WITH THE VIRTUAL DESIGN

We start building the structure. We need to determine the measures of the machine adapt to all the publics, the height of the device to be correct have to be approximately one meter and 45 centimeters and width you can choose, we choose 40 centimeters that we thought it's aesthetically nice.

Over the base we put wooden base of 50 x 50 of area to make more stable the structure if something push or if we want to put wheels to transport.

To assembly all we prefer to do all in a wood workshop to assure us that the structure will be strong and can support the forces that can affect. To complete the structure with the parts that have not been assembled by the workshop we will use screws.

In the humidifier we prefer to use hot glue to assemble the electronical parts.

CALCULATIONS ABOUT THE ALCOHOLIC GEL

We need the quantity of the alcoholic gel we need for a day and the capacity of the humidifier. The deposit of the covid device is not important the capacity as long as we adapt in the structure. We recommend a deposit with 1000 cm3 of volume.

Once the calculations are correct we can buy a deposit and we can start mount, all we have to put is to add a plug. When we have the structure of covid device and the humidifier we can start to implement the code at the machines.

CONCATENATE THE CODE WITH THE APLICATION

We use the aplication Blynk to control the arduinos and the NODE CMU Wifi.

We put the plug and a fan to make the humidity make his work. Inside the deposit we put fog generators on the top of the deposit we make 6 small holes in the sides and a biggest hole in center.

We need to connect the water pumps and the sensors of the capacity. We have to put the holes where we find it the most appropiate.
