I had planned to do this product as portable and easy handling to fix in and out of SAMBARANI after its complete fire.
But do this we need put holes on the shells, during put drill on the shells there is an chance to broke.... So that I decided to do something on that for replace drill on the shells.
That were, take the two hair pins (normally womens use this pins do not dissolve hairs on air) and insert on one side of the coconut shells, and put an small pin or ear buds tubes (remove sponges) on top of gap inside the hair pin and make the stick or tube freely rotate according to the pin shown in image.
And use the threads join the upper and lower shells along with stick to make try to loop form to rotate upper coconut shells freely to open and close according with lower coconut shells...
And so the same above process on another edge of the stick and make the thread loop, do this upper shell make free open and close according to the lower shell via this loop.

WRONG THOUGHT......
