While we are out for camp and we wish to eat something more hot spicy, crispy , and full of protein meal. Then you must go with this recipe; so we gonna prepare chicken TANDOORI .

  • TAKE CHICKEN LEG , WASH IT WITH HELP OF WATER
  • TAKE INGREDIENTS
    • Salt
    • Cumin powder

    • Coriander powder

    • Chilli powder

    • Ginger garlic paste

    • Curd

    • Turmeric powder

    • Corn flour

  • MAKE CUTS ON CHICKEN FOR STUFFING AND PROPER MARINATION

MARINATING CHICKEN FOR 15 MIN

  • TAKE LEG PIECE ON WHICH WE HAD MADE CUTS
  • ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE ONE SPOON
  • CUMIN POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER,CURD, TURMERIC POWDER EACH HALF SPOON
  • CORN FLOUR ONE AND HALF SPOON
  • APPLY ALL MIXTURE ON CHICKEN LEG MAKE SURE YOU COVER ALL LEG WITH PASTE.

  • CHICKEN IS MARINATED WE CAN IDENTIFY IT BY ITS TEXTURE IT BECOMES MOIST.
  • NOW, ITS TIME TO GRILL.
  • TAKE THE MARINATED CHICKEN LEG PIECE AND GRILL IT ON GRILL.
  • FLAMES OF FIRE MUST BE HIGH SO THAT IT WILL HELP TO GRILL THE CHICKEN PROPERLY.
  • GRILL EACH SIDE OF CHICKEN FOR AT LEAST FOR 5-6 MINUTES.
  • WHEN IT IS COMPLETELY GRILLED ITS COLOR WILL CHANGE TO BROWNISH-RED COLOR.
  • ALSO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE GRILLED MARKS ON CHICKEN.
  • DUE TO HIGH FLAME AND BURNING WOODS IT WILL HELP US TO GIVE THE SMOKED FLAVOR.
  • MAKE SURE IT IS GRILLED PERFECTLY FROM EACH SIDE.
