Image025.jpg
Image028.jpg
Take a cd or dvd and mark its outline in an Al foil.Make two circular discs of Al foil having circumference equal to that of cd.Now apply tape completely on one side of each disc.As a result one side of each will not remain an conductor of electricity

Now take a strip of wire and stick it on the conducting side of disc using tape.Do the same with the other strip and disc

Now take both the Al discs and paste them on the cd using glue.MAKE SURE THAT THE NON CONDUCTING SIDE SHOULD BE PASTED ON THE CD AND THE CONDUCTING SIDES DON'T TOUCH EACH OTHER.THE CONDUCTING SIDE SHOULD FACE YOU

Making the Power Supply

Image032.jpg
Take two AA batter holders and connect them using Cu wire and soldering iron. Now stick the two batter holder to the cd with Al disc on it.Now the two free end of the wire should be sticked to the two different conducting sides of cd.Now put batteries in the holders so that current will flow in the two conducting sides

Attaching Leds

Image029.jpg
Image030.jpg
Now take a few rgb leds and attach all of them in parallel connection with cd.This means that on any conducting side of cd all the -ve or +ve leg of led should be attached. You can use tape to ensure that your leds remain attached to the conducting side

AND VOILLA!
YOU COOL ROOM LIGHTING IS READY
WHENEVER YOU NEED TO TURN IT OFF,JUST REMOVE ONE CELL AND THE CIRCUIT WILL BREAK

MAKING THE SPINNING LED PART

Now take a coin cell and put 2 rgb led on it and tape it so that the the leds begin to glow.Take this setup and glue it to a rubber using a glue gun or any other strong glue

MOTOR SETUP

Image064.jpg
Now take a motor and solder two wires to the two terminals of motor. Then take the led & rubber setup which you made in the previous step and fix it on the rotating part of the motor. Now fix the motorthe free side of cd setup using glue gun.Make sure that all this time all your leds keep glowing and no connections are lose

THE LAST STEP
