CARDBOARD ROTATING CENTERPIECE

Annoyed asking people to pass you stuff on the dining table?? wont it be great if you get a rotating table or something like that so you can just rotate it and can reach to what you need!! well if you feel that it will be too great then let me tell you i have something great for you. lets make a rotating center piece for your dining table.

WHAT YOU NEED??

Cardboard

cloth

gluegun

nut bolt

scissor

lace

washer

PREPARATION...

Cut 4 cardboard circles of appropriate size which can be placed at the center of dining table.

make a hole at the center of each circle.

CONTD....

Now cut 3 (or as many you require) cardboard strips of 1" width and join both the ends of the strips to make a ring.

make two rings and note that one should be smaller than the other.

PREPARING THE BASE...

stick those rings to one of the cardboard circles which will form the base..

FIXING THE MECHANISM..

To the same base fix the nut bolt in the hole (at the center) cut earlier.

STICKING....

stick rest of the 3 circles together taking the hole as the center.

MORE CIRCLES...

Cut 3 circles (smaller than previous one).

pierce a whole at the center of the 2 circles. let the third one be as it is.

JOINING...

Stick theses 3 circles together. make sure that circle without hole is placed on the top.

COVERING...

cover all the pieces with the cloth.

(cut a hole at the center of the cloth covering the bigger circles.)

DECORATION...

decorate the pieces with a lace.

ASSEMBLY...

to assemble, first take the base, on top of it insert the 3 joined bigger circles. then insert a plastic washer and finally stick the remaining 3 small circles.

see that the 3 big circles rotates.
