Bunny Ears Lace Technique

We are going to learn how to tie shoe laces using a traditional bunny ear method.

One shoe with lace.
Usually two shoes are used but you will just repeat steps for the other shoe.

Take one shoe lace in each of your hands

Cross the left lace over the right lace. You should see a X

Take the end of the left lace and pull it under the right lace.

Grab the ends of the laces and pull it tight!
DISCLAIMER!
Only pull until shoe feels comfortable on your foot, do not over tighten it.

Make your loop on the right!

Make a loop on the left side too.

Take your loops and cross them over with the left loop being on the top.

Take the left loop wrap it over the right lace and tuck it into the hole.

Pinch your loops then pull them tight!

Do a check to make sure your shoes are tied tight as you don't want to trip and hurt yourself!!

Remember that the left lace goes first!

You want your laces to lie perpendicular to your shoe, not parallel.’

Two Knots are better than one!
