Bump Free Clothes Hanger

I'm tired of hanger bumps. Here's a bump free hanger for less than a buck.
Materials

What you'll need:
- a coat hanger
- 1/2" polyethylene pipe insulation. It's found at your local hardware store and usually comes in 6-foot lengths (which will make three bump-free hangers). It comes in pre-split or closed, doesn't matter which one you choose.
- two zip ties
- scissors
Cut the Pipe Insulation Into 2' Sections, and Split.

If the insulation is not "pre-split" go ahead and split one of the sides.
Poke a Hole With the Scissors in the Middle of the Insulation.

Feed the Hanger Hook Through the Hole.

Place the Remainder of the Tubing Over the Hanger and Place the Zip Ties on the Ends.

Trim Off the Excess Zip Ties.

You can trim off the excess insulation, or just leave it, depending on the clothes you're using it for.
