Building the Ultimate Protector Case | Heavy-Duty DIY

Hey instructable members!
It's been a while, since my last upload.. I know I owe you all an explanation. Life threw me a curveball when my dad was diagnosed with cancer, and he needed my help, my time, my everything. But even during that difficult time, I never stopped building and creating. I kept filming my projects, knowing that one day I'd be back to share them with you.. and that day, is today. I'm finally back to uploading. But this return is bittersweet. Sadly, I lost my dad. He was my biggest supporter, the person who gave me the whole world, taught me so much, and shaped me into the person I am today._
To all of you, thank you for your patience and understanding. I have so much to share with you

Transforming Wood into an Industrial-Grade Case..
Birch Marine Plywood [A-Grade]

Cut all the pieces to the correct dimensions

Sand with 100/120 grit sandpaper using a random orbit sander

Cut grooves into the plywood for the 4mm ply inserts

Create wider grooves where needed in order the specific machine fits perfectly without moving

Paint the grooves a contrasting color to make them pop

Center & mark the area where the metal handles will be attached

Use the router to carve out areas for the recessed handles

Mark and drill holes for securing the handles with rivets

Lid construction:
Glue the pieces together, Wipe away excess glue & Use nail gun for perfect alignment

Secure with screws for extra strength

Following the same steps for the main body

Fill screw holes with wood filler

…and sand again with a finer sandpaper for a perfect finish

Use the router to add decorative edges to the exterior pieces

…and now sand all routed edges for a smooth finish

Drill a hole in each corner to make it easier to use a jigsaw later to create the inserts for the recessed casters

Apply two coats of primer (letting it dry between coats)

…and now paint the case with your chosen color for a beautiful finish

Attach the last piece to secure the product and prevent any movement & apply glue to the entire 4mm groove/gap

Secure the handles with rivets

Repeat this process for the recessed casters

Attach rubber pads to prevent any damage to the case

Install the gas strut to make the lid open automatically

..and for the last step install the locks with keys

…and the custom case is ready!

Also, create a smaller version of the case, for a single pipe..
