In summer young people like to spend time outside playing basketball, practicing in a skatepark or hanging out on a beach. Listening to a music seems to be very important. Mobile phone speaker can play music, but it is not very loud. A solution is a BOOMBOX. Building it stimulates young people to get acquainted with electronics.
- Start with a simple one based on PC speakers and toy rechargeable battery.
- progress with an improved speaker and amplifyer.
- add Bluetooth receiver to enable wireless connection
- add low battery voltage monitor/switchoff.
Description of these steps is in the attached pdf file.
