Build a Shelter (sukkah, Booth, Hut)
I made this project for the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, which celebrates when the Jews where living in booths on their way from Egypt to Israel. This project can also be used as a way to make a shelter for survival purposes, this project can be customized easily to however you want it to be. This project is difficult and takes at least 3 hours to build but it is really satisfying and fun. I hope you enjoy making and completing this project.
Good Luck!!!!!!

Gathering Materials
These materials are not extremely expensive but not cheap either, the materials are:
Bamboo poles
Tree branches or/and bamboo mats
Metal poles
Triangular corner metal pieces
Bungee cords
Decorations (optional)
Canvas
Ladder (optional)

Setting Up the Base
Now put 4 metal poles in the shape of a rectangle or a square and connect them with the triangular metal corners.
Making the Rest of the Frame
First put poles on the part of the rectangular metal pieces that are on the floor facing up then connect the tops of the poles with 4 more poles using the triangular metal pieces.
Expanding the Shelter (optional)
Now if you have enough time and materials repeat steps 2 and 3 and make another frame and put it next to your first shelter and repeat all of the rest of the steps on both shelters.
Putting on the Roof
First put bamboo poles on top of the shelter lengthwise, then lay the bamboo mats and/or the tree branches on top of the poles.
(You might want to use a ladder)

Putting on the Walls
This is definitely the most annoying step in the whole project not because of how hard it is but because it takes so long, it will probably take at least an hour and a half. It's very simple all you have to do is to take the canvas walls and tie them to the poles on the sides of the shelter with the bungee cords.
(You could make doors out of cloth like I did too)

Decorate (optional)
Now put on some decorations you can paint a wall, hang things from the ceiling, or do whatever you want.
Your Done
Great Job you finished I hope you enjoyed it!!!
