This shows how to make a complete cycloidal extruder that can actually be used in a 3D printer.

2 M3 X 18 Socket Head Cap (12);

3 M3-0.5 x 8 Socket Set Grub Screws (2);

4 Flanged Ball Bearing 5x11x5mm (2);

5 Flange Ball Bearing 8x12x3.5mm (2);

6 U-Groove Bearing 3x10x4mm (2);

7 M3 Knurled Brass Nut 3X4X4.5 (1);

8 PC4-M6 Mini Pneumatic connector;

9 PTFE Teflon tubing 5ft- 2mm ID X 4mm OD;

10 Knurl Flat Head Hand Tighten Thumb Screw M3X20mm;

11 Nylon Flat Washers M3 6mm OD 3mm ID 0.5mm;

12 Spring 0.8x615mm;

13 Nema17 Stepper Motor;

14 big gear;

15 stainless steel pipe 3x0.5(wall thickness) ;

Assemble the Idler Arm

1 screw can not be overturned;

2 Flange Ball Bearing 8x12x3.5mm;

Assemble the Extrusion Gear

1Extrusion gear fitted with 5X11X5mm bearing;

2 Motor shaft notch to the left;

Assembling the Eccentric Shaft

1 Make sure that the motor shaft cannot move;

2 Use Flange Ball Bearing 8x12x3.5mm;

Assembly the Cycloidal Disc

you must pay attention to the direction of the cycloidal disc assembly, otherwise it cannot be assembled, please follow the video prompts.

Repeat Steps 3 and 4

Also pay attention to the direction signs

Install the Ring Pins

1 Press the Flanged Ball Bearing 5x11x5mm first;

2 Cover the ring pins and tighten it with M3X18mm screws;

Install the Stainless Steel Tube

Stainless Steel Tube Size: 3x0.5(wall thickness) 11mm long;

Assemble the Top Cover

1 Use M3X18mm screws;

2 Here I use a top cover made of 4mm carbon fiber board;

Assembly the Idler Arm on It

Use M3X18mm screws

Install Spring and Screw

Here I use the same spring and screw as the Orbiter V1.5

Install the PC4-M6 Mini Pneumatic Connector

Screw in the Mini Pneumatic Connector directly, you need a wrench.
