Brownie Waffle Sundae

Meet the combination of brownies, waffles, and sundaes! They are so easy to make, you'll be wondering why you've never done it before! Here's how I make mine, but feel free to add whipped cream, sprinkles, or cherries to make YOUR ultimate sundae! Did someone say, "Banana Split Waffle Sundae?!" Share this bad boy with a friend, or bring a big appetite, because these bad boys are big!!

You’ll need:

· 1 Box of fudgy brownies, with the additional ingredients required

· 1 extra egg

· Cooking spray

· Vanilla ice cream (or your favorite!)

· Sundae toppings: chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, chopped nuts, or whatever you please!

Make Your Batter

Mix your fudgy brownie batter according to the package, adding the one additional egg to the mix.

Make the Brownie Waffles

Heat up your waffle iron and spray both sides with cooking spray. Add the brownie mixture to your waffle iron and let the batter spread a few seconds before you close. You want the batter to cover the waffle iron before you shut it. If it doesn’t, add a little more batter. Cook the waffles for 5 minutes and carefully remove them. They will be soft, so be gentle!

Assemble the Brownie Waffle Sundae!

Place one waffle on a plate. Drizzle with fudge and caramel. Repeat with one or two more layers if your sharing with a friend, or are just really, really hungry! Top with a huge scoop of ice cream, more drizzle, and chopped nuts (or whatever toppings you like)! ENJOY!!!
