Brown Sugar and Pineapple Glazed Grilled Pork Chops

These pork chops are easy to prepare and taste delicious.
I like to serve them with grilled pineapple and carrots.
Ingredients

4 thick boneless pork chops (fresh or thawed)
3/4 cup of brown sugar (packed)
2 six ounce cans of pineapple juice
Prepare the Marinade

In a plastic container, mix pineapple juice and brown sugar. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
Soak the Pork Chops

Place the pork chops in the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Prepare the Grill

Clean and apply non-stick cooking spray to the grates.
Grill Over Medium Heat and Baste

Grill the chops over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
Flip the pork chops 4 times during grilling, generously basting on the first 3 flips.

After removing from the grill, let the meat rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
