Bright Windows Quilt

This is the first real quilt I've ever made- at college on my little sewing machine, all cut out with scissors!

I'm really proud of the fabric selection; the patterns were selected to be nature-oriented- and specifically non-floral, as the recipient was a boy. Yellow against blues and greens is one of my favorite color contrasts.

I gave it away as a Christmas present to keep a loved one warm :).

I used the pattern "Secret Squares" from Brookshier Design Studios .
