Breakfast in a Bundt Pan

Do you need to feed a crowd? Here's an easy breakfast that everyone will love!

It doesn't take long to throw this together and get it in the oven.

This is delicious comfort food for breakfast!

Ingredients & Supplies

You will need the following:

1 can large biscuits

1 package (14 oz) cooked, sliced ham

package (30 oz) frozen tater tots

8 oz grated cheese

2 small cans (4 oz) chopped green chile, drained

1/4 cup butter or margerine

1/2 cup half & half

1 dozen eggs

You will also need a Bundt Pan

Cut Biscuits

Open the can of biscuits, cut each one into 4 pieces.

Cut up the sliced ham into bite size pieces.

Ingredients in Pan

Grease the pan with shortening, or spray with non-stick spray.

Place 1/4 of the cut up biscuits, 1/4 of the tater tots, 1/2 the cut up ham and 1/2 can green chile & 1/4 cup grated cheese.

Place 10 dabs of butter about halfway through.

Continue to layer ingredients until gone.

Eggs

Beat 12 eggs with 1/2 cup of half & half.

Pour egg mixture over ingredients in the pan.

Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Cool and Serve

Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. Loosen from the sides of pan with a butter knife and invert onto a plate. Slice into 12 pieces and serve.
