Breakfast Egg Cups
Delicious Egg Cups for Breakfast or Brunch
You can add anything to these cups, any vegetables, any meat or cheese. Just take a look at what do you have in the fridge. Of course, you can just fry the eggs with bacon, add toast, and enjoy it, but this is your time to be a Chef! Try this easy-to-cook and yummy recipe :)
Supplies
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 3 Eggs
- 150g Bacon
- 100g Cheese
- 2 tbsp Cream or Milk
- Vegetables (To you taste: Belly Pepper, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Onion, Spinach, Zucchini, Broccoli)
- Herbs
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat Oven to 180°C / 350°F
Lightly Butter a Muffin Pan
Tip: If you don't have a muffin pan/tin, you can make by yourself aluminum cups. Take aluminum foil, and make 6-fold "square". Shape it using the bottom of a glass or cup.
Cut the Pastry Into 9 Squares. Place Them Into the Muffin Cups
Tip: You can use different types of pastry: Puff Pastry, Filo Pastry, Sandwich Bread slices
