Breakfast Berry Smoothie

Something delicious for the morning that isn't too heavy.
Ingredients:

1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries & raspberries.)
1/4 cup of fruity juice of your choice
1 1/2 or 2 granola bars
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries & raspberries.)
1/4 cup of fruity juice of your choice
1 1/2 or 2 granola bars
1 banana
Measure & Blend

Add in your berries, juice, yogurt, and banana into your blender. For my juice I had used Minute Maid's Cherry Limeade, for yogurt I used low fat vanilla, and a rather large banana than usual. After mixing, throw in your granola bar or bars so that you can watch it mix in well.
Tip!
*If you have the fruit but don't want to spend time waiting for it to freeze, add in about 2 to 4 ice cubes so that it holds that refreshing coldness.
