Ingredients:

  • 16 slices of bacon

2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce

Weave Bacon

Follow the images to weave the bacon. Then bake at 400°F / 200°C until cooked brown but not stiff, around 15 minutes depending on your oven.

DO NOT USE A RACK! You do not want the bacon to get crispy yet and it tastes better as it bakes in its own juices.

Filling the Bacon

Spread either Mayo, Sour Cream, or some sauce like Comeback Sauce over bacon.

Add desired amounts of diced tomato and shredded lettuce to the bottom 1/3rd to 1/2.

Roll your bacon like sushi.

Rebake (Optional)

I like my bacon crispier, so I stuck mine back in the 400°F / 200°C oven until crispy. This took my oven another 15 minutes, but the time varies based on your personal taste and oven. You can bake on a rack for extra crispiness!
