In this step, you'll need to make the necessary preparations for the omelette.

As you might be knowing already, omelette is a mixture of whisked egg with onions and some spices.

First finely chop some onions and set it aside. Also chop a green chili along with it.Break an egg or two into a bowl depending on the size of the omelette you want. Add in the chopped onions in it and also the green chilies. Before starting to whisk it, add in a Teaspoons each of salt and pepper powder.

Now whisk it properly until the contents are properly blended.

The omelette is one of the most simple recipes cooked using eggs. To make a perfect omelette for the sandwich, follow this procedure.

Heat a pan and add some oil into it. Once the oil is heated up, pour the whisked egg mixture on to the pan and spread it evenly on it.

Wait till the omelette seems to dry on one side and flip it over. Let it cook for about 30 Seconds and then it is done. Remove it from the pan and now it's time to make the sandwich.

The Sandwich

Now that you have the omelette ready, let's put it into the bread. Heat the bread slightly on the pan.

For this sandwich the bread need not be completely toasted for this because when the bread is a bit soft, it just melts in the mouth along with the soft omelette.

Now After the bread is toasted, place it on a plate. Fold the Omelette to the size of the bread and place it on a bread. Place another bread on top of it and make it into a sandwich.

Serve or Pack

After you've made the sandwich, it's left to you whether to serve it hot or to pack it for lunch. The best thing about this recipe is that it tastes just as good even when it's cold.

If you're serving hot, you can never go wrong with some tomato ketchup to go along with.

Enjoy this quick meal.

Bon Apetit !!
