Brazing a copper pipe lamp

With this instructable we want to share our knowledge and experience of brazing, hopefully it's helpful to someone wanting to start brazing.

Step 0 : Materials & Tools

You'll of course need some coper tubes. You can chose your own dimensions as long as you make sure that the different copper tubes fit in each other. In other words : you need a small and a bigger copper tube.

Something else you'll need is a filler. Best thing you can do is ask your local DIY-shop what filler to use for your copper tube.

We used bended tubes in our design, but this isn't necessary.

Be sure to heat the copper, not the filler! The filler should flow because of the heat of the copper.
